Terms and Conditions
You will receive an invoice when your order has been fulfilled to your satisfaction.
All invoices must be paid in full within 14 days unless by prior arrangement.
If we have purchased any goods or services on your behalf these will remain the property of Enhance Software Solutions Ltd until payment is received.
After payment is made, refunds can not be considered.
Cancellation
Annual charges such as hosting will be automatically renewed until cancelled. All annual costs will be charged on the anniversary of their renewal unless you advise us, giving at least two weeks notice.
Clients will be liable to pay for any bespoke work undertaken up to the point of cancellation.
If we have obtained software licences on your behalf you will be required to pay the full amount due, since we will not be able to cancel licence keys issued to us on your behalf.
